הנאמנות (Trust) היא מושג משפטי. הכוונה היא למרקם של יחסים משפטיים לפיהם הלקוח אשר הינו מייסד הנאמנות (Settlor) מעביר בעלות בנכסים לידי נאמן (Trustee) ומעניק לנאמן (או למספר נאמנים) זכויות לפעול בנאמנות על פי כתב נאמנות והחוק.
